CLG Review of SNR process
CLG has published (21st December) an update on progress in implementing the Review of Sub-National Economic Development and Regeneration (SNR), in advance of a full consultation document which will be published early in 2008.
The review sets out the progress that has been made since publication of the SNR and the next steps, including consultation early in 2008 on the new regional strategies, the proposed new economic assessment duty on local authorities and a range of related issues. The paper also contains an Implementation Plan for key SNR proposals.
