Workforce
As part of their Children and Young People’s Plan, Local Authorities were charged with incorporating an integral workforce strategy, endorsed by the Children’s Trust or equivalent governance and which reflected throughout, plans to ensure delivery against the five "Every Child Matters" outcomes.
