Mid Term Evaluation
This independent evaluation was undertaken by Leeds Metropolitan University’s Policy Research Institute and Sheffield Hallam University’s Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research. In 2004, it assessed whether the programme was still relevant to the needs of South Yorkshire, progress against targets, and the effectiveness of programme management and implementation.
