Claims should be submitted on the relevant form for each fund.
ERDF
Projects must use an Electronic Claims System (ECS) for completing ERDF claims. Contact the Programme Management team for guidance on downloading and using the software.
ESF
The first claim form for any ESF funded project to complete must be the Advance Claim Form.
After an initial advance form is completed there are separate interim claim forms for direct bids (non co-financing organisations or alternative bidder) and co financing organisations:

Audit Requirements and General Statements of Expenditure
ERDF
The following audit forms need to be completed for ERDF projects:
For local authority projects:
- ERDF 60 Form
- ERDF 60 Guidance Notes
For non-local authority projects:
- ERDF 80
- ERDF 80 Guidance Notes
ESF
For ESF Projects an annual General Statement of Expenditure needs to be completed.
